Working scope:
It is used for active ingredient extraction and concentration like herbal leaf ,root,wood , stem,seed ,fruit ,flower ,seafood ,animal bone ,organ ,etc.so it is mainly used in the lab, University, research unit, pharmaceutical factory pilot plant to developed the new medicine and new production process before the commercial scale production and certificated.
Working methods :
Multifunctiona Lab Scale Mini Pilot Plant Herbal Extraction And Concentrator Machine can be used to the aromatic oil steam distillation,water based extract ,solvent based extract,soxhlet extract,thermal-reflux extract ,sediment purify process,solvent mixing process concentration &solvent recovery etc.functions.
Main components:
It is including the extractor tank ,condenser ,oil/water separator ,multifunctional tank ,single effect evaporator,transfer pump,vacuum pump ,pipeline ,support frame and control panel.
Main feature:
1.MOC with SS304 and SS316L ,which fits to the GMPs and FDA requirement .
