Homogenizer pump is suitable for the production of medicine, cosmetics, food and other products with high hygiene requirements, in line with CIP cleaning requirements and customizable GMP specifications.

Homogenizer pump is a high-performance equipment for continuous production or circulation of fine materials. In a narrow space cavity, there is a group of dual occluded multi-layer stator and rotor. When the rotor rotates at high speed, strong axial suction will be generated to suck the materials into the cavity and start rapid processing.

Homogenizer pump is used for treatment of fine materials. In the small chamber, there are 1~3 sets of paired and clutched stators and rotors. Driven by motor, the rotor revolve quickly and produces a strong axial suction force which intakes the material to the chamber. The machine disperses, shears and emulsifies the materials in shortest time, and the diameter range of the particles gets smaller.
