Type:

Bottom magnetic mixing tank is the magnetic agitator which equipped in the bottom of the tank .as the mixing purpose difference, the bottom agitator will also make as difference type,such like the magnetic propeller type and high shear emulsifying agitator .

1.magnetic propeller type agitator: the speed can adjust from 0-800RPM ,which is mainly used to dissolve the powder into the liquid solution or mixing one or two solution material together .

2.high shear emulsifying agitator: the speed can be from 1400-2900RPM ,which is mainly to high shear the solution or suspension production homogenizer.

Advantages：

1.The static sealing structure is adopted without leakage; the equipment operates stably, has a long service life, and is safe and sanitary.

It is not only used in the medium with high hygiene requirements, but also used in the medium with high hazard and the occasion with high pressure requirements. The magnetic stirrer is installed at the bottom of the tank, which can stir fully when the material is less.

2.magnetic stirrer is installed at the bottom of the tank body to stir the materials in the tank. The difference between the magnetic mixing tank and the ordinary mixing tank is that the stainless steel magnetic mixing tank gives up the packing seal or the mechanical seal, and the variable seal is changed into the static seal. The mixing parts in the tank are completely rotated in the static seal chamber of the tank, and do not extend out of the outside of the tank. The leakage problem that the dynamic seal cannot overcome is completely solved. The mixing materials are completely in the closed state without any leakage Leakage and pollution.

Characteristic：

1) Volume we can produce from 5L--6000L.

2) Material we can use SS304 and SS316L.etc.

3) It can used in single layer or double jacket layers according to production process.

4) Jacket can be used different type : single full jacket ,limpet coil jacket and dimple type jacket.

5) Jacket can be used for heating and cooling as the required production process.

6) Insulation material can use mineral wool ,rock wool ,PUF etc.

7) Bottom mounted agitator like magnetic agitator ,high shear emulsifying agitator.

8)Tank can be equipped with fittings :manhole ,CIP spray ball ,vent filter, level sensor ,temperature sensor .pressure sensor ,load cell,PH sensor ,PO2 sensor ,safety valve. sampling valve etc.as the production process requirement

9) Tank can be CIP/SIP online

10)control panel : PLC/HMI automatic control or common simple button control .

11) inside shell mirror polish Ra<0.4um ,outside shell polish Ra<0.8um
